This is the part two of my tutorial project with 8051. Now the board has LM35 temperature sensor, ADC0804 and an SDEC LCD. The processor is an 89C51 Atmel 8051 microcontroller. hi joby, I would like to know if u can program a 89c51 to check the key strokes from a keypad and compare it with a pin( 4 numbers) stored in the IC. If the pin is correct the iC will have to drive a relay for which will be connected to the ignition system of a car.
The controller 89c51 will get the binary data from adc 0808 wich recieve the analog data and convert it into binary code,then convrsion from binary to ASCII wiil take place and the result will be shown on LCD for monitoring.

Its a micro controller (89c51) controlled relay mechanism, wherein the system executes one complete iteration of? turning? ON and turning OFF the relay's and goes back to the start of the system (polling the input pins). The relays which operate (turn ON ? & turn OFF) on a specific mechanism needs to be programmed. The relay to Turn ON, does not get turned ON until the previous mechanism has been performed. Hence avoiding a faulty turn ON of the second relay.
