Sitemap scraper jobs

I'm looking for someone to create a scraper for me that will update new coaches as ones are fired and new ones hired - I have included a list of websites that need to be scraped and provide me a new list of coach contacts. The list I have is from January 22 - I would like to run this scraper each month and be able to add additional programs as they are created.
