Have a Squarespace website that I have put together. I like the concept, look for the most part, but need a pro to go over it and refined, SEO, page edits, polish it up!

We have two existing websites One is a Wordpress and one is a Squarespace We want the Wordpress one to have its theme updated so that it is the same style/look as the Squarespace one And the Squarespace one to be converted to Wordpress So that the result will be, we will have two Wordpress websites that have the same look and style as the original Squarespace website Using all of the text/content/images/page structure of the existing websites. I need a tabbed form (3 stages) built in html/php, so I can embed as code to my Squarespace site. First stage includes personal data, the second stage requests additional information relevant to purchase, and in the third tab payment information selected.
