The work itself will be flexible, and we will respect your boundaries, but we will ask you to be available for help on many days of the year including public holidays or weekends. As you progress in this role, we may ask you to travel with our directors from time to time, all expenses will be covered by us. We will help your growth by having you join our public speaking courses and giving you access to all of our training courses, and we will ask you to invest in yourself by reading at least 16 non-fiction books per year with us.
