I am an orthopaedic surgeon subspecialising in foot and ankle surgery / ankle replacement / trauma / deformity correction / ilizarov framing etc newly establishing my practice in sydney. I have designed a primitive logo myself by superimposing Sydney CentrePoint Tower and the Opera House onto a foot/ankle image but I not happy with it and wanted it to be more sleek and refined in design. I have uploaded the image to show you the basic idea but I am hoping someone has a more creative way of presenting the idea. I tried adding an ilizarov-type frame over the top but it all became too complex for my skill level.
