I need a portable RF module, that will send some sensor data from time to time (maybe 1 hour interval), to a central computer. It must support long range distances. So worker can choose between high power RF transmitters (P2P) or a mesh design like ZigBee / Microchip MiWi. I'll have around 1000 modules placed separated something like 200m from each other. Main product characteristics must be : - low power consumption (powered by battery) - long range distances communication (mesh / p2p) - very low cost They will operate on open field rural environment, so i guess there'll be not very much RF interference from other sources. What we need is as follows: Invoke a header file on a CC2530 board to read data from a sensor and transmit this data to another PCB running CC2530.
