I was blessed to be able to purchase almost 10 acres and a house in the North Carolina mountains. I have renovated the house with my own funds but I am running out of money. At this time, the house is a 3 bedroom 1 bath Cape Cod home. I would like to expand the house by adding a sunroom and additional bedroom and bath on the second floor. My plan is to donate the use of the house to organizations that support underprivileged children.
