I am a 3D artist who specializes in Modeling, Rigging, Animation, Texturing and Animation. I have worked with Product Animation before and I am confident that I can produce an excellent product for you.
If you are happy with an animation around a mostly still model, like the Rolex one, I can make something cool for £550. This would include text overlays and highlights to point out various aspects of the buggy, and I could fade in and out separate parts as well. It is going to cost some time to get the materials, model details and lighting right.
If you want to add some animation of the model and its various parts, I would have to ask more, especially if it involves advanced cloth animations.
I know it's a bit over budget, but I think you really want to see something that goes with the luxurious look and feel of the product.
