Modular city building assets for Unreal Engine

Hello everyone, I am looking for someone to make high quality modular assets that can be used to create detailed apocalyptic style cities. These assets should be capable of creating San Francisco with an apocalyptic theme. Interiors are a MUST with broken down elevators, stairs and ladders, interiors can be empty but the ability to change the texture of each rooms walls is preferred. I will also need some of San Francisco's iconic buildings modelled such as Coit tower, Sutro tower, the City hall, Palace of fine arts, Bay bridge and Twin peaks. Coit tower, Palace of fine arts and the City hall need to have interiors with the City hall and palace of fine arts having decorated interiors with an apocalyptic feel. For your information the project is set 2 years into the zombie apocalypse. Keep this in mind for how overgrown and destroyed the various assets should appear. The assets need to come with 2k and 4k pbr materials ready for use in Unreal Engine. I expect no setup on my part other than actually using the assets for level design. Source files for all models will be required as well as commercial rights. If the work is good I will have more work in the future as this project is quite large.
