Basic Simulations for flow dynamics

Hello I am a mechanical engineer and now i am doing my M.Sc. As my M.Sc. I am doing a research on developing a model to carry out LES simulations of flow and combustion in IC enginesI have also done a lot of projects using Ansys (fluent, CFX, modal, structural......) and solidworks in my undergraduate period and now as a freelancer over sites like fiverr and freelancer.
