Online Storefront Development

Hello, I am looking for someone to develop an online storefront. I can provide much more information for those qualified applicants, but basically here are the features I need it to have: *Members features* - A members only area where users can have an online account - The ability to add funds to that account through various sources - The abilty for members to apply a portion of those funds to any items I have in the store. Their online store account would then be automatically deducted the amount of the purchase. They would recieve a receipt and see the new balance of their account. *Admin features* - The ability to search (as admin) products that have been sold. (The ability to search all products sold would only be available to the admin). I would like to be able to create separate accounts and give them access to search for only specific items. For example if I have an individual that is selling "product a" I would like to create an account for that individual so that they can search for their total sales for all products tied to their name. Those are the main features I am seeking. Each member would also be charged a set fee for their monthly membership, so I would need a sign up form that ties into my merchant account. Another great thing would be the ability to see all of the members and send out newsletters updating them abount new products, etc. I have a merchant account with Linkpoint and Payflow that can be used for the billing.
