Create dynamic dropdown from data in sql script file

I have an SQL script file containing data: 37,000+ cities from 210 countries 29,963 cities in the US along with associated state 3 normalized tables (city, state, country) Using this data; the project is to create a dynamic dropdown form menu on asp page. 1. If user selects country - United States, it populates state dropdown; then city dropdown according to selected state. 2. If user selects any other country, it populates city dropdown for that respective country. This is couple of hours work for someone experienced. IMP: Please post project related info in PMB.
