Dating singles website with forum

I am looking to create a niche online dating website, like a [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view]

I will need social networking features, forums / message boards, etc, as well as different ways to monetize the site

Including advertising. I will need other suggestions for features from you. Have to be able integrate a payment gateway: paypal and other payment gateway.

Propose also a logo.

Provide me the best format that suits this kind of website: Wordpress, php, aspx, asp, jomla,…

People would sign up to become a member.
The first screen they would see would require them to enter:

* Username (4 to 20 characters)
o Once they type in their username a message will appear under the field as to whether or not that user name is available or taken.
* Password (minimum of 6 characters)
o As they type in their passwords an * or bullets will appear as they type.
* First Name
* Last Name
* E-Mail address
* Option to choose male or female
* Birthday
* Living in (country)
* City
* Zip Code/Postal Code
* CAPTCHA - To ensure the person is real.

They will then be asked to upload a picture of themselves on the next screen. This will be a required field.

Once they have entered in all of this information. They will proceed to more information to be filled out. All of the information from this point will be optional.

About Me Section:

* Status (In a relationship, single, dating..etc)
* School
* Workplace
* Sexuality
* Ethnicity
* Religion
* Smokes (yes or no)
* Drinks (yes or no)
* Has children (yes or no)
* Wants children (yes, no, maybe, undecided)

Physical Appearance Section:

* Eye Colour
* Hair Colour
* Height
* Weight
* Body Type (Drop down menu with different body types)
* Looking for (friends, long-term relationship, short-term relationship, sexual encounter..etc)
* Interested In (Women, Men, Both)

They will then be taken to an option for VIP membership where they can pay to use certain features of the site. (Not sure which features or prices yet)
They would then be sent an email in order to validate they have used a real e-mail address. In the e-mail there would be a welcome letter, as well as a link to validate the e-mail address. Once this link is clicked there account would be activated and they could use most of the features of the site. (This will be explained later in detail)

Paying this would allow them full functionality of the website.
here are some features that would be needed.

- Quick and advanced Search bar to search for other members.

* This will include them to search by all of the fields listed above)

- Ability for users to see which members are online or offline.

- There would be a home page which would include news feeds to see what other members are doing, a profile picture, and window to see whos online, who has viewed your profile, and recent new users.
- There would also need to be an inbox where users can send each other and receive messages.
- The profile would list a description of the user. It would also allow the users to upload photos, videos, and links to their profile or others profiles. Profile would include:

* All Information listed above.
* Member since: (MM/DD/YY)
* Last Online: (ex. Today at 3:54pm)
* Profile Picture
* Small search bar
* 4 Buttons
o Add Me (friend request)
o Msg Me (box pop up to send a msg)
o Date Me (will be explained later)
o Video Chat
* Window with photos of user
* Window with videos of user


- The site would also need to have webcam capability so that users can cam with each other and chat capability.
- Chat Rooms (not sure if I want to include this)
- Forum (not sure if I want to include this)
- Payment Processing - ex. Credit card, paypal - for optional memberships
