ASP webpage watcher

Need to write a win32 program to alert user when a certain keyword on webpage becomes available. The webpage is here: [login to view URL] See more details on screenshot here: [login to view URL] User-configurable: (could be in text file) page url, pre-entered keywords, frequency of checks (for example every 30 seconds) name of external program to launch Alert: export found keyword values from last field into text file and launch external program (which could send email, display message box etc) Program quits after alert.
