Develop Dynamic Creative Website

We need to develop a website for youth career path and career development plan with dynamic engine which give the participant select from a list of predefined job profiles. Job profile consists of a list of predefined skills with different level in each skill. After participant select from those pre-defined job profiles, the website help site users to schedule the development plan over the website in an easy, interactive development plan (calendar) for certain no of months or years. The system then should automatically and periodically send notification for user who didn't achieved his development plan in the time specified using a pre-defined email templates. The user should go manually and update the progress of his developed plan. The site should also include a meter to indicate his profile overall score and this is being calculated according to the total no of skills required to be developed versus the skills acquired. The project should cover three main aspects: A- The Website: We need to develop the website layout with its CMS in a very creative and appealing layout. we do have the content ready and the website should be in dual language(Arabic, English) B- Layout for the process from the end user prospective: 1- User Sign up for the website through a full process of signing up and verification through verification email 2- User select from Different job profiles (multinational company, med level,...) 3- User fill in his skills matrix 4- The system compare the skills required by the job profile selected and the user's job profile filled in and determine the gab in the skills. 5- The system generate the skills list need to be developed and give the user some sort of dynamic schedule engine. 6- The system should then send email notifications and display colored alerts in the users home page on the system with the skills he didn't developed according to the schedule he has defined in the previous step. 7- The system should stay in this loop unit the user fulfill his skills matrix C- The Admin Section 1- Admin Create Job Profile 2- Create Skills List 3- Create Skills Level/ /Proficiency for each skill 4- Bulk email module though which the admin can design and send emails for users based on selective criteria 5- user management module including communication features such as (Send email, send files, block, delete, Activity history) Additional recommendation and features could be discussed with the selected provider.
