CSS & Navigation URGENT!

I need a seriously good graphics person who knows how to use CSS properly. I've got a 6 page website which I want to look as good as it can be. Unfortunately, colour scheme is quite limited due to the company logo (attached). I would like:
Some navigation incorporating with the logo (to go in a file called [url removed, login to view]) and some css table design/colour scheme of which the data will be written from a database into the outputted tables. I also have a quicktime movie of the logo which could be incorporated with the navigation instead. I would prefer html and NOT flash.
The colour scheme should look excellent, as should the navigation menu along with the logo/movie.
There are existing style sheets there already in use but need to be revamped.
Note: Project is quote urgent!
I will need to see examples of your work!
