I need a website that allows people to view and manage calendar events. The site will allow a company or person register and add their events. The website will be built from ASP and MySQL database.

I really would like each event to be able to be indexed with Google. SEO
Visitors:
When a visitor views the main page they will see a search bar and below a nice/clean cut current month calendar with all the scheduled events listed in the proper days. The visitor can search for events or click to another month view.
They can click:
Calendar day - A page will list all the current events of that day
Calendar Week – Possible same page as calendar day with a bookmark
Event from the calendar or Event list – A page will open show all the details of the event
Web Pages: Main, Event List, Event Detail, Email Subscribe
Registered Users:
They will be able to login and add/delete/manage their events. Each event will have fields to be filled out, the user will be allowed to create their own HTML Detailed page or modify the Detailed Template page. Once they publish the event it will go to being active. These users will have their own profile either for them or company, contact information etc. The registered user can sign up for AD Space on the main page. The AD Page will allow them to upload X Size Image and schedule a free block of time to display AD. They pay by PayPal and a email gets sent to Administrator for Approval.
Web Pages: Login, Dashboard (My Profile, My Events, My ADs), Event List Page, Add/Modify Event, HTML Editor, Upload Picture, AD Scheduling, AD History
Emails: Register Confirmation, Event Confirmation, Messages from Visitors, Reviewed Events
Administrator User:
When the administrator logins, it will be at their dashboard panel (Users, Events, ADs etc.) The administrator will have options for each user and events to override status of account or event. The administrator can manage AD Space, cost.etc.
Google has been able to design their site to be clean cut. I would like the layout to feel like Google. Review Google’s Dashboard controls etc. The complete layout can be just like Google, How people login etc. I want everything very simple to use.
