Booking system for rentable items

Hello All, I am seeking a developer for small booking system. It would be preferred if it is written in ASP. The database should be MySql. (I’ am aware this is a problem with some ISP but not mine) I am looking for a booking system for vacation apartments and it should be wrapped in a user design similar to the one found here [login to view URL] and with the same functionality in the front-end. There will only have to be the possibility to view available apartments and booking of them. No payment or order process. Upon booking, the booking should display separately in the admin area for approval from an administrator. An apartment has to be displayed, free, reserved or booked. Most important is, all text on the different sites on the web needs to editable from the admin section, and the site has to include 4 languages. All products showing and editing from the admin section is need to be done in different sections. What I mean is, when an apartment is created in the admin, there should be a possibility to create subgroups to this. Subgroup could be kitchen, living room etc. I each of these categories the admin should be able to upload pictures and enter descriptions and specifications. Somehow like submenus to a main menu, the main menu being the apartment. Prices are to be displayed depending on selected week. (Different prices for different weeks during a calendar year is a necessity) It is critical that the admin can change all text and pictures on the front-end from the admin section... The rest of the site and admin section is related to usually content for websites, like contact section, view of reservations period for each apartment etc...
