Business Process Improvement Report

You are a Business Banker working a large bank called ABC bank and you have been working on a task to test the feasibility of potentially implementing an on-line application process on the bank’s official website for Small Business Loans applications. The assignment comprises of 3 parts and needs to be looked at with additional appendices provided as it will be a continuation of an existing project. You need to place yourself in the shoes of this person and write through the experiences and difficulties you faced in undertaking this project. Read the initial report written and read through the appendices carefully for information and topics of discussion. To be successful candidate for this project you will need to have business acumen, an understanding of the corporate environment ideally in banking. You must also have a very detailed grasp of the information presented and be able to improvise and make use of the appendices and reports provided. You must also have excellent report writing skills. The project will only be awarded to a candidate that can provide a high level overview of their plan in completing this assignment or can provide evidence of work that is comparable to this project.
