The capability of acquiring a second language while lacking the most important skills listening and speaking . The best way of teaching deaf a second language to get benefit from the courses. I am from a country where English ( a second language ) is an obligatory subject. My supervisor told me that is a huge field so I have to choose specific part to speak about and even I can be more specific if I have the study about the city/province I belong to. A way from teaching strategies because this is another department, I’d like to talk about the subject from linguists’ point of view but there is no problem if we put recommendations for the ministry of education at the end .
