If you think that you need to refine your 'research problem background', 'unit of analysis' and 'research question(s), you can do so briefly using the scope of 'Introduction (80-100 words)' and 'Body text [only 1st heading (containing 100-150 words)'. A clear and comprehensive writing of this part is essential. The feedback of the 1st assignment can inspire you to do it. Even if you do not need to refine I would prefer a short and comprehensive orientation [i.e. research problem background, unit of analysis and research question(s)] of your research project in the beginning of your assignment 2.
However, the main focuses of assignment 2 are ethical issues and their impact on the research outputs, research design process [for example, sampling design, data collection design, instrument development (please note that you do not need to prepare any questionnaire, you just need to state the planning part of it and logics behind)] and the procedure to ensure bias-free data collection from participants or respondents.
