I have been a permanent employee based on our Philippine office to process weekly pays using MYOB payroll for three years. That's for around 35 employees in a week, being Monday as the payment run and 4 bosses every end of the month. Basically I would need the employment contract to list the name, age, type of work (casual, permanent), mobile number, email adress (to send their payslip), superannuation details, TFN number, hourly rate, leaves taken (holiday, personal leave) and their respective bank account details. I liaise with Sydney HR manager for the timesheets confirmation then I can start processing pays using MYOB and pay clearing account to produce .ABA bank file to be uploaded to Westpac. I just narrate the process that I'm doing and basically the person who's doing it is keen and has a high attention to details. My shift is weekedays from 9am - 5pm Sydney time with two days off every Saturday and Sunday. I can work from home during that time if you may agree with that.
