Account Required For Ongoing Business Advice - Australia NSW. Local Start-up & Property Knowledge

I am setting up a couple of businesses at the end of this year. 1. Recruitment Agency - focused on the creative industries e.g. Digital, Creative, Mobile Social. 2. My partner and me are setting up a Co-Working Space in the new year, for which we already own the property. I am looking for an account with local (NSW, Australia) experience to advise on the set up off both. We also have a couple of properties, one of which is a holiday let. I wanted to explore a few different tax structures for all of the above. I would be looking to forge a long-term on-going relationship with an account for future endeavors. There is a lot in the pipeline. I am based in the Central Coast NSW but currently work in Sydney and will be setting up a presence in Sydney for the recruitment business. It would be great to have somebody nearby, but I am happy to work on Skype/ Facetime.
