Calculate gross profit margin, net profit margin, returns on equity, returns on total asset, current ratio, quick asset ratio, inventory turnover ratio, debtor’s turnover ratio and debt to equity for both years (2006 & 2007). c. Prepare an report to analyse the company’s statement of cash flow d. Prepare a report to analyse the company using the ratios calculated. At the end of the report, you should advice on the possibilities for them to apply for loan of $150,000 to acquire some properties, plant and equipment.
