I am setting up a timesheet form in excel with protected cells. The staff will only be able to edit the unprotected cells. I have set up the sheet to auto calculate accumulated hours based on their inputs.
What I'm trying to do now, is create a "submit" button on the bottom of the form. I would like this form to submit the timesheet via email through our gmail SMTP server.
To: a static address (the payroll manager's address)
CC: the employee's email address
Subject: Timesheet submission from (employee's name)
I would like the contents of the email to have a PDF version of the completed excel sheet. I am open to alternatives, but would greatly appreciate it if the submitted form was in PDF format. Worst case scenario, it would remain in excel format I would think.
I am looking for a quote on how much this will cost to complete and if it is possible. I have submitted via a couple services as I'm required to obtain three bids prior to approving service. Thank you!
