Blur face from video - after effects

I have about 6 minutes of video and i need a single person in the video to have their face blurred slightly. I need the face blurred just slightly, maybe you can send me the transform for approval before you process the entire video. The person in the video is sitting most of the time and actually moves a bit just a couple of times. The video i am giving you is ,mp4 1280 * 720 22 frames per sec. id like to get the same quality and size back
