Cross OS Android RAT (Skynet)

Skynet is a Remote Administration Tool which consists of a cross OS Server that must be able to run on Windows, Linux or Mac OS, the following features are a must and after the project is finished I get the source code. The server/builder must be able to build clients for reverse connection a simple black GUI will suffice for this, the main features are the following: Android Features: Record Calls/SMS/MMS/Whatsapp/Snapchat and upload them to server Listen To Live Calls Listen To The Microphone/Record Microphone/Stream Audio/Video Steal Credentials/passwords for gmail, email, wifi etc Persistence (Can't be uninstalled by user) Start Up Hidden Process/Service Send SMS/MMS Start A Call File Browser/Upload/Download Files View Files/Photos/Videos Install Other Apps/Uninstall Other Apps Open Web Browser/Go To Webpage Turn on GPS/WIFI/NFC/BLUETOOTH Reboot/Poweron/Poweroff Phone Wipe Phone/SDCARD Locate Phone In Realtime Sound Alarm Lock Phone Work On 3G/LTE/4G/WiFi Offline Logging/Upload Later The Ability To Root The Phone Via known exploits Remove RAT/Delete any local files (Clean itself up) The connection must be stable and must connect back to the server, you must have over 4 stars when bidding otherwise I will just disregard your bid, you must be able to complete within the deadline with no hickups etc and this must be done as fast as possible. I may add funds to the project if needed but as long as it works I will be happy.
