Android/Fire OS Web View Application

I have an existing Android Studio App that is a Webview of my web site and need some work done to it. The app is made to work with Android phones as well as Fire tv which i believe uses Android lollipop. If you can debug on fire tv it is a plus if not I can do it, and we work together. Maybe I need to incorporate some type of file manager such as [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] Work I need Done: 1. Instead of scrolling up and down I need to be able to click up and down and it selects the items and it focuses the page on the selection. 2. I have a white bar on the bottom of my Webview, I need it gone. 3. On fire tv remote right now the up/down/right/left buttons work. I need the center click button to work as if it was a click of the mouse. Right now it will go to a linked page if clicked but it will not download an item. I need user to be able to click the center button and download begin. 4. One of the download types is an apk. Right now the user can download the app but it will not prompt the user if they want to install the app. I need after the download is complete user to be asked if they would like to install app. If no back to screen, if yes install the app. 5. The other type of download is zip files. I need after the download is complete user to be asked if they would like to extract the zip. If no back to screen, if yes install the zip to a path i will set. I have 2 different zip file paths that the zip files must go depending on what the file is.
