Call native iOS Facebook login dialog from a web page (Single Sign On behavior)

Hi all! What we need: User logs in from their mobile browser and is logged in via their respective native app (Android/iOS), it will simply redirect them to the native app, ask for the app permissions and redirect them back to the success page on the browser. (see screenshot attached) I'm looking for the person who can help me with this issue. I'm not sure it's possible maybe there's someone around here that has the key to the trick!
