change mode of operation from 3D view to Virtual Reality view in UNITY project 5.6.1 for android -- 3

I would like you to : 1. create a project that would do this feature in UNITY 5.6.1 and running on android device. 2. write a document with screenshots and step by step instructions of what you did to create the project.
