C# client for Clash of Clans

I need a C# application that mimics the client of the Clash of Clans game. The protocol is described here: [login to view URL] and the server code is available here: [login to view URL] I need a client that connects to the game server, executes a login and reads the game state. In the first step I just need the clan's chatroom data parsed and the option to send the message into the clan chatroom.
