Animation for morphing paper folder to mobile device

I need an animation which can be in any format that can be imported into Adobe Premiere Pro at 1920 x 1080. The animation will consist of a closed A5 two hole ring binder which has some text on the front. The folder will open to page 1 (with animation) with an image tbd on the right hand page and then the image will morph and move to the top right of the screen inside an ipad or iphone image with an image superimposed tbd (I will superimpose video inside this later) The folder will then open to a second page with page turn animation and the image on the page will then morph to the right centre of the screen with the same ipad/iphone image for post video overlay. There will be a third page morphing to the bottom right of the screen.
