I’d like to enquire about the possibilities of creating a 1 minute long animation from a preexisting drawing by an artist. The drawing is quite simple - a cartoon character, and in black and white, we would only need it to animate some simple movements such as running and jumping. The artist would develop the story and actions with you in production.
