Computer Programmer

Me and a partner are looking for a skilled computer programmer. We do not need you to have graduated from any university of college programs, we will be the judge of you abilities. We have a idea that is being worked on (it is obviously classified) however it is a social media venture. We have spoken to people in the field, as well as done research of our own, this idea has much promise. We are both students attending university, we have the business aspect of this venture figured out, the pitch, the release, the target market, costs etc.. . We are not offering up any set salary or pay per hour, what we are offering is a partnership, we are willing to negotiate a fair percentage in our venture. If required we will even provide legal documentation assuring your percentage in the company. Research on mergers and acquisitions of companies such as Google and Yahoo have proven that this idea has the potential to be a billion dollar venture. The reason I have not gone to some professional programming service is for the simple reason that we are not looking for someone who is going to quickly throw us up a website, we are looking for a long time partner who is going to work with us.
