Creating Forms

I need three issues to develope. first i need the sql statements for oracle apex report query to create forms with the internal function of apex listener and apache fop. second i need the forms which are clarified by the rtf document as attached. third i need the webservice reference to start printing these forms. I have built an application which is like an ERP System, but for liitle companies with lower than 9 employees. This application can take orders and invoices. Some more documents will be printed such as invoice, time sheet, order information and reminder. Each document has the same sql statements which holds the data. This function was early created with bi publisher, but the license costs are too much, so i have to change to the internal functions of oracle apex.
