I have previous experience in all aspects of virtual assisting, gained in the import-export and IT fields (in English and Italian).
Specialty fields are email customer service and marketing, data entry, Wordpress and I have a good knowledge of Excel and Word (if you prefer Google Drive, that's fine too).
