I have previous experience in all aspects of virtual assisting, gained in the import-export and IT fields (in English and Italian). Specialty fields are email customer service and marketing, data entry, Wordpress and I have a good knowledge of Excel and Word (if you prefer Google Drive, that's fine too). Please check my working history on my profile page and let me know if you want to use other platforms to keep in touch (like Skype). I can work up to 40 hours per week, but I'm available to do overtime upon reasonable prior notice. I proposed a first milestone cause it can work as a trial for us both, but please let me know if you have another idea.
