I am a start-up hospitality consultant (Hotel, restaurant, QSR, casual and fine food dining) with 18 years experience in the hospitality industry.
We're looking for an Article Writer to generate high-quality written content for weekly articles relating to help topics in the hotel and restaurant industry
Job Description & project details:
The writer, in addition to excellent UK English / US English written skills, should have experience (MUST HAVE) in the hotel industry. (more the experience, better for us)
- Project time line : 6 months, 1 article per week
- Budget per project: USD$ 35 - 40 per week
- Desired length: 500 to 800 words
- Start Date: 1st July 2014
Note: If I like the person, I don't intend to move on to another person, unless the chosen freelancer can no longer do the job/ doesn't have the proficiency I am looking for.

I have worked in the hospitality industry for 14 years as a waitress and 2 years as a host. I have worked in every establishment from coffee shops to fine dining hotels. I have now left the hospitality industry to run my own jewelry business from my home. I was able to work in this industry and save money which allowed me to eventually open my own shop.
