Content Writing

I need to develop content for a sales brochure for an upcoming health and fitness facility. I need somebody to write me creatively killer content that attracts the reader and of course gets my prospective tenants excited about the development. The key is the introductory paragraph that spells out juicy attractive words about the development and immediately immerses the reader. The reader should immediately start visualizing the development and of course, continues reading the brochure. I have put up a document with points that should be enough to write beautifully crafted content. A quick breakdown of how I have structured the document is below: 1. Story Telling – this part should give you all the meat to write an engaging and creative introduction to the project. This should be engaging enough for the reader to continue reading the brochure 2. Location – this part explains the surrounding area and why is the property located in a strategic location. Again, I’ll need good creative writing 3. Project Highlights – this part gives you key highlights about the project. Creative and engaging writing needed. 4. Area Description & Market Data – I still need some content for this part, but you can structure it while I wait for my partners to share additional info.
