Design Print Ad for Wine Country publication!

I need to have two different advertisements created for the same Wine Country information publication. I will want one advertisement created for the Napa Valley edition and the other created for the Sonoma County edition of the same publication. I need to have the print ready copy setup in the exact format the publisher requires. My website <[login to view URL]> refers designated drivers / wine tour guides that drive visitors to the Wine Countries rental cars and personal vehicles. We will also be referring limousine services.
