Creating an illustration from a photograph

We have a web site that acts as a city guide, for each city we represent on the web site we need an illustration, we already have illustrations for New York, London and Amsterdam, now we need Brighton (a sea side town in England) We have the illustrations we have already done for the style you must follow and we have photographs of brighton that you can use as a guide, all attached with this brief. Brighton, is famous for being near the sea and for Pier that goes over it, with rollercosters and other amusements, we need one image in two different sizes, they should the same dimensions as the London_large and London_Small attached. Ideally I would like this done by the end of Sunday, but I have to stress, DO NOT APPLY for this job if the standard of your artwork does not match what we already have.
