1. From administrator side:
· Customer Account
o We should be able to create account user, password
o To be able to enter customer details into the server
· Termination:
o Upload different price termination on the server.
o Possibility to change tariff rates according to customers.
o To be able to make internal call (between customers and VoipSysCom team).
§ For example customers
· from Spain have following ID, starting by 71340XX
· From France have following ID, starting by 71330XX
· From USA have following ID, starting by 71010XX
§ For VoipSysCom workers:
· It is either 961XXXX
· Or 9000XXX
§ So we should be able to contact all customers internally by dialing their user account: 961XXX is calling 71340XX (without any other prefix, before the user account). VoipSysCom members should be able to contact others by dialing user ID.
· DIDs
o To be able to connect DIDs to costumers (VoipSysCom is providing DIDs)
· Payment
The entire setup for customer should work only on prepaid and not postpaid
o Connect PayPal / Moneybookers to the Billing
o To be able to manage pre-paid credit automatically. When the client added credit to his account, he should be automatically able to start making calls, using termination.
o Invoicing: send an invoice automatically to the customer when credit has been added.
o Possibility for us to make manual invoice for service that are not automated.
o All other billing situation for the customer.

· Automatic communication to customers via email
o To send an email automatically to customer when:

o Security service such as fail2ban (this is what we are using today on our other voip server) or similar to prevent any attack.
· Codecs
o To have the possibility to offer all codecs including G729 (because we have customers using SIP application on their smartphone and we want to give that service)
2. Customer Side
o Possibility for the customer to check all his account
o Possibility to check the termination rates according to countries
o Simulator, found a rate for destination needed
o To correct his details (address, phone number….)
o To make outgoing calls
o To receive incoming calls
o For customer that have DIDs connected to their account, possibility to forward calls (if he has enough credit…).
o To setup the answering machine
o To receive messages from answering machine to his email address.
o To add credit
o To follow termination consumption, call history
o To check payment History, possibility to edit invoices
o To send email to our customer service.

So that we are both n the same page can you explain what you mean by user account here: " So we should be able to contact all customers internally by dialing their user account" Are you referring to the A2Billing Account or FreePBX extension?
I can build this for you. I have installed many A2Billing servers, both on bare Asterisk systems and FreePBX. I also standardize on installing Fail2Ban on internet facing servers to help protect from brute for attacks. Assuming this is for a fairly simple installation of Asterisk/FreePBX, A2Billing, and Fail2Ban, I can complete this task in a day once I have access to the server.
I can also build the dialplans so customer-to-customer or customer-to-corporate calls are free yet still logged in the system.
I am also available for maintenance & on-call systems.
I can do this project within 3 days if all infor is available. The project needs a centos 6 server 64 bit. The modus will be as follows: A2billing and freepbx will be installed. since voicemail is required sip accounts will be created in freepbx and billed in a2billing. Internal calls will be done in freepbx and if there is to isolate clients from employees from calling each other then a module needs to be purchased otherwise clients can call employees by direct dialing to extension and employees can do the same to clients. All other settings are standard and should not take much to achieve. I have a standard maintenance fee of $50 per month for not more than 10 hours support or $30/hr on no contract but as and when needed with minimum billable amount of 1 hour per callout
