I have build call center system using Elastix. Voice Quality is very depend on PC and headset that use. It has standard function : - IVR - CDR - Recording - WallBoard and etc I can help you on it. I'm not expert but i'm willing to learn. Right now i'm still handling this IPPBX system in the client.
