Convert Flash and Gif to Video w/ HQ

Hello: - I need a professional who can convert my flash and GIF animations to Video, with high quality, with the same quality than the originals... - I have lots of clips made by me with animation and flash programs, but I need the final quality post-poduction, to make the final clip with crystal clear and HD quality. - For example, I have lots of good animated GIF´s and .sfw text animations (in .swf and .GIF formats) that I want to transform in short video clips, but when I convert them to video they loose quality (a lot). So let me know if you can help me with all (or any) of this. I need the flash and GIF conversions to video clips with great quality, that can be played at Youtube (for example) with high definition, in the 2 modes (small default Youtube screen and full screen mode)... (I mean: they have HD quality in full screen mode also, not only in small screen). I need also some post-production video enhance skills. I have about 75 files to be converted. That´s all.
