I need a one page layout of a property we are going to install equipment on.

The one page drawing needs to be on 1"=40' scale and we are going to print it on a 11" by 17" page. It needs to show everything on this property from existing pool to existing house and guest house. All up to scale and equal to the same measurement of the property. I have attached a sample work that was drawn for us before.

If I am happy with the work, I can give at least 1-2 more projects per week.

I am willing to pay $75/ plan per drawing.

I need it ready next day after acceptance.

I will send more details once ideal candidate is selected.
