Dear Service Providers,
We are looking for an experienced provider for the implementation of the SLM and integration with the ITSM. The current ITSM installation is OOB (out of the box) with very minor changes.
The provider will be required to move the hard coded escalations and notifications that were built on the ITS and configure them on the SLM with the right priories. The notifications emails and SMS contents need to be reformatted to be more readable as the standard remedy template is not attractive.
