need to have three banners as follows: 1) size is 468x60 2) type is animated gif 3) file size < 15k 4) custom design (no stock banners) First, designer should be well experienced in banner design. Designers with a portfolio will be given preference of those without a portfolio. Designer should be able to provide three concepts upon project start with unlimited revisions until design is finalized.
