Betfair automated bot

Someone who has already delivered a Betfair bot successfully Run under windows 98 or later I must own the source code If connection drops it should keep trying to re-connect Should show account balance Should show profit / loss for each bet Should have a test mode where it will just log bets rather than place them, recording SP and Betfair odds etc. Need to be able to select multiple races to follow and multiple horses in each race For each horse selected:- Check the sportinglife for SP X number of minutes before the off, keep checking until off or bet placed, minutes should be configurable The current time should be checked from the server in case local PC has the incorrect time For each horse that falls between an SP range, should be configurable Lay/Back that horse on Betfair at the best price available, as long as odds available on Betfair less than maximum lay odds selected Or greater than minimum back odds. If all money can't be matched at the best price continue until all money matched, as long as doesn't breach limits set Should not use any Betfair Api's that will incur ongoing costs. Screen scraping is acceptable Have an in-play option to allow bets to be placed if SP test has been met and the Betfair odds come into range Have an option to not place bet if selected horse is in top three of Betfair betting, for lay bet only Should be able to have more than one instance of application running on one PC, running different systems Session configurables Whether we are backing or laying should be configurable Amount to lay/back should be configurable Should be able to have a percentage of bank as an option for liability rather than a fixed amount Maximum/minimum lay/back odds should be configurable Minutes before off to start checking should be configurable SP range should be configurable Have an option to not place bet if selected horse is in top three of Betfair betting should be configurable Have an in-play option to allow bets to be placed if SP test has been met and the Betfair odds come into range should be configurable Whether running test or live should be configurable .
