Build a SaaS Platform

I want to build a cloud based service providing accounting functions. I'm looking for a developer with some basic accounting knowledge. Currently the service is performed using excel worksheets, it will be web-based; and more importantly, I have some ideas to make the it more intuitive for the user. There will be third party data integration and file storage. You need to let me know the reasons to choose your front-end back-end tools for this application. It's not a massive project... and is almost ready to be started. You need to show relevant projects that you've worked on before. My main concern is on how to communicate and present the idea to you.
