Auction App for Facebook

For a freight auction company. We need a facebook auction app. Had one attempt here on Freelancer not go well at all. Looking for someone who can deliver a professional looking, fully functional application in a timely mannner. Members our facebook group can bid on items the lots in the auction of the app. Mainy palletized merchandise. Bidders have to be approved members. Admin needs to be able to add/remove items; duration; remove invalid bids; notify members of the group; Preferably through the app. Items have picture; description; duration; opening bid; minimum bid; highest bid; number of bids; time left; comments. Archive for past auctions. Please note; as I have been burned once already, no milestone payments will be released until project is completed to my satisfaction.
