bulk emailer and list needed

I need someone who has a list of emails from people who are interested in mlm/working from home. The list shouldn't be watered down or used excessively. The provider must be able to switch IP's. No servers that are spam related or have been used to spam. The list must be from people who opted in, double opt in preferred. Must have a high percentage of getting into the inbox (around 90% or more) I will need an unsubscribe link in the emails. I will need reports of work when finished. When you bid tell me how many emails you have and how many times you have used the list. I am looking for bids close to the $150 dollar range. This is a test run. If I receive good results then the chosen provider will have work and bigger campaigns on a weekly/monthly basis.
